WHAT IS THE MISSION OF CHRONIC STRESS?
Stress is like any pathogenic virus when it attacks man, it has goals to achieve and a mission to accomplish if we don't stop it. So here I have tried to list the goals and mission of stress when it attacks people's lives.
1. PREVENTING YOU FROM RELAXING:
One of the main goals of stress when it attacks you is to prevent you from relaxing so that you become exhausted, drained of all positive energy and left you tired in the end.
2. IT KEEPS YOU FROM FOCUSING:
The second function of stress is to keep you from focusing because it wants to make sure that you don’t accomplish anything in your life. No matter what you want to accomplish or do in your life, it will try to stop you from focusing and achieving your goal. It will fight your job, your school, your university, your family and many other things… Because the mission of stress is to kill your dream and your destiny.
3. PROVOKE A RANGE OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS:
The third mission of stress is to provoke or cause a range of negative emotions and feelings in the lives of its victims. These negative emotions and feelings include anxiety, irritability, feelings of rejection, lack of confidence, sadness and fear.
4.HE PREVENTS YOU FROM ENJOYING LIFE:
When he attacks people, no matter what the symptoms are, his main goal is to prevent his victims from enjoying life. He will succeed in placing his victims in the evil system that will allow him to control them day in and day out and make sure they continue living a miserable life and never enjoy the life God has given them.
5.BEING MENTALLY AFFECTED:
When a person suffers from a mental health problem, it may be because their stress symptoms have become persistent and have started to affect their daily functioning, including work, school, university, family and many other activities...
6.DESTROY YOUR HEALTH:
When stress becomes chronic, it is not there to strengthen you, but to destroy you. When it arrives, it usually attacks our mental health first Before attacking the rest of the body and certain organs of our body. Because it knows the strength of mental health which represents our spiritual energy and the reason why it attacks our brain first and to destabilise our mind so that you are not strong enough spiritually, sentimentally and emotionally to fight it.
7.MODIFIED OUR BEING:
(ATTENTION UNMANAGED STRESS CAN MODIFIED OUR BEING)
The symptoms of untreated stress can affect your body and change your thoughts, feelings, character, personality, tastes, physiology, emotions, cognitive and behavioral reactions. A person affected by stress can be recognized by emotion-related symptoms such as agitation, irritation, indecision and decreased libido, anxiety, melancholy, depression and low self-esteem.
8.FIGHT YOUR DREAMS AND YOUR DESTINY:
(STRESS A GREAT ENEMY OF DESTINIES)
It is a silent killer of destiny, many people give up on their dreams, men and women of their destiny, jobs that could bring them more money and very high positions just because of stress. When it attacks your goal if you are not wise to handle it, it will eventually paralyze you and destroy you.
Stress can cause you to react in horrible ways and if you don't control yourself it can cause a lot of damage in your life or even your marriage if you are married or in your relationships with others.
It can even sometimes push you to divorce, quit your job, break up an important relationship and regret it later when you are healed. When you talk to your partner, boss, parents or even friends, look at how you reacted. If you are very stressed, it is likely that you will turn the conversation into an argument, that is why the bible talks about self-control, so if you feel stressed, it is better to ask God to help you control yourself to avoid giving an answer that will lead you to an argument or a decision that you may regret later.
Stress is a big problem that should not be neglected because it is the cause of many divorces, many bad decisions and even many family, marital, friendly or professional conflicts. And it causes enormous damage in people's lives if it is not well managed.
Because the majority of people who have done bad things in their life or made sudden decisions under the influence of stress end up regretting it later when they are healed from their stress. And sometimes it may be too late to repair the damage that stress has done in our lives or even correct it or change our decision or even take back our words, so we must be very careful and above all know how to handle this difficult moment wisely.
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, we understand that the mission of stress when it becomes chronic is to prevent you from relaxing, concentrating and causing a whole range of negative emotions, including anxiety and irritability. Ultimately, it prevents you from enjoying your life. So the sooner stress occurs, the sooner you must fight it or learn to manage it and destroy it before it can destroy you.
